I really liked this product, it made it really easy for me to workout even when i was traveling since i did not have to carry around any weights with me and this could go right into my bag.
Very good product would recommend everyone to get one.

What I like best about these bands is that it is really like having a gym in a bag. You can take them anywhere and exercise when it is convenient for you. No more excuse for being a coach potato!

Ok so defense is really one of the best positions to play…it’s just so much fun. But it’s a lot of hard work. What you really want to work on is your foot skills, try to tighten them as much as you can, that’s really important since defense is usually one on one the most with another player. You want to be in really good shape. Run a lot and build your leg muscles as much as you can. It’s really important that your fit since that position requires a lot of energy. Try running up stairs that defines and tones your leg muscles so well. You also want to have the most confidence in yourself because it’s so easy for another player to realize that your not confident in what your doing and can easily score on your team that way. Oh and also work on slides. I say that because you want to give your team the most opportunities to take the ball up the field to score so it’s important that you’re good at sliding so you can get the ball where it need to be. Oh yeah, the PACERs I’m guessing. Yes, I will be taking those next week. Currently, I’m practicing too. I’m doing push-ups and sit-ups each night too. As for the PACERs, practice running. The point is to pace yourself so don’t run as fast if you don’t need to. Quite frankly, just run on a treadmill for just ten minutes every day. Or even better, go outside and run. Then you will build endurance and be able to run even faster and more! And don’t worry, there’s always the end of 4th quarter.

As a personal trainer I am constantly having to replace tubing. This Leg Band was almost half the price of the ones I normally use. The resistance is not as "heavy" as the other brand when comparing but it does serve the purpose.

I have been using similar leg cords at my physical therapist's gym. The padded velcro on this band is much more comfortable than the one from the gym so that was a big plus. The only down side is the tension of this band was a lot weaker than the blue band at the gym. I would say it's more of a medium resistance than heavy.

a nutmeg works wonders.
idk how to explain it really, you will have to youtube it.

if you can lift the ball, try to et it over defender’s heads.
(same thing for a chip pass)

fake it a lot, and try to look at them straight on.
if they are looking at you, they will not be able to see where the ball is going!

hi im 12 and i know im not sappost 2 loose weight but im yeah and tell her to stop eating chips and have will powr SHE has to want to loose the weight cause u cant do it 4 her and get the DDR and thats a fun was t exersize and put it on exersize mode and just have her drink alot ov water.(like before she eats have her drink a full glass ov water and it help u not eat as much!!!!!!!!!!!)

here are some tips that have really helped me in the past:
-breath in through your nose and out with your mouth. by controlling your breathing, this can reduce your chances of getting tired.
-go a little slower on the first lap, then slowly build up your speed as you go continue on to each different lap.
-make sure you STRETCH. stretching can help make your body more flexible, and more able to complete the laps.
