The product was delivered in 3 days with the free shipping so i ended up only paying about 132. The setup took only about an hour with no missing or broken pieces.With the different positions ( flat, incline.etc)I can work out all the muscles in my chest, as well as muscles in my legs with the leg attachment. Nothing bad to say about this product unless you do not like low prices and good service

One of the main reason’s i chose this bench is because it ships APO. Its not the best bench in the world but its worth the price to say the least. Assembly was relatively painless. The Bolts, Nuts, Washers, and tools it came with were packaged Poorly. For example Bolt #32 Washer #28 and Nut # 6. Were scattered around ensuring you need to use the Ruler (Measuring Device) on the Directions to make sure you have the correct parts. The weight Rest is Kinda Wobbly, When returing the weight back to its resting position. Anything above 225 be extra Cautious. Other than that like i said it Ships APO and for the price its a good deal.
