    Hi, im looking for advice on whether i should take creatine. I am 15 years old and are looking to improve my endurance in sport ( as i do boxing and other cardio excercises) and also i want to gain more muscle as i go to the gym. Any advice you guys can offer, on whether i should take it or not and if ill be ok using it is welcome. Thanks.

  3. personally for me i took my creatine and shakes after my workouts and it seemed to work well but like the clip says you must hydrate during the day with liquids as the whole basis of creatine is water retention in the muscle cells The only side effect i ever had were twitching muscles which was weird yet i think my muscles yearned for a work out by the way you young guys work on core strength first then get into the weights that way ur muscles and back can deal with the stresses of body building

    yes, as soon as you’re done working out your body hungers for nutrients. The most important meal for someone who’s trying to gain muscle is after a workout. I drink my creatine + protein shake right after a workout.

    Oh ok, mono did nothing for me but perhaps I should of been taking it right after my workout when my body could have absorbed it. But regardless I did not feel anything from it, diffrent people react diffrent. Ya I did gain weight. Maybe I should try that ethylester or something. IDK, perhaps later…doing fine right now without it.

    take it in the morning if you’re not working out that day, but optimal use should be after a workout. Works well with a protein shake.

    you don’t lose the muscle that you worked for, you just lose the “creatine muscle” You will still gain muscle naturally from the workouts, its just that the extra effect will go away

    yo man, i just started taking creatine again for about a week and a half or something and i been working out with it even just pushups and dips and my chest has gotten much bigger already i cant really see in the arms but it makes you feel beast afterwards atleast it does me, i dont know if its how my body takes it or what but i take just a teaspoon a day and maybe take a break off of it for a day or 2 once in awhile, beast mode
