@QuickXilver YOU have no right to say that it will slow down your height growth, if you don’t no shit about it so when you show me a degrea in the medical feild then i will take your comment with some attention. other wise dont say shit about anything that you have no fact about or have a docter degree to prove your answer is a comment to take in affect
When you become a doctor, because you’re certainly not, then i’ll listen to your opinion.
your dumb. lol
For those under 21 years old or so, try not to lift any weights above your head, it will slow down your height growth.
yea it works ive do these all the time
work like a charm =]
kool tanckz
its better to do different muscles on different days because some excersizes use more than one muscle at a time. for instance.. i do my triceps right after my chest training, because benchpress and dips also strain yor tri’s alot, so its best to do them then too. and i do my biceps right after doing bent over rows and pull ups. forearms can be done at any time but i do them after reverse bicep curls because my forearms already hurt like fuck after doing those
when doing these exercises should I do all the bicep exercises after one another or should i break it up so that im going through 1 exercise for each muscle and then the next exercise for each muscle etc… Any thoughts on this would be great.
well, its not only about traning, well train hard, but the keyg is the food ur eating.
Look at the guy himself, that should explain enough
I’m doing what this guy says, can anyone tell me if it really does work?
dude knows his stuff.
Yeah…for forearm strength…and strength overall — lift heavy sh*t.
Please, give me a break with this um…as far as it goes…um B – friggin – S
@ThePickledOnion
I know it sounds like he says it a lot, but he only says it like 4 times…
