I just purchased an ELIPTICAL MACHINE, now that is the machine to use in the gym!!!! you wanna lose weight and not put too much pressure on your feet and knees, its the way to go, I still have the bike but now have a glider I found at the goodwill and now this new Eliptical machine that was on sale, $100 Less!!!!

wow, you are on my A….., he he he I needs to get in there but take this weekend for instance too much to do, internet, tv, games, keyboards, dishes, laundry, you name It and I have to do it but I will plan my return soon and will eat right but for now………
Hey, you have no excuse. I work extremely early too, but I get up extra early to exercise. 4:15- 4:30 in the morning. It’s good, so I don’t have to do it after work!! You can do it. Don’t have excuses. Good Luck.
Okay, i have one nice one in my workout room but now I am dealing with a new problem. trying to get myself motivated to get in there and use it and finding time as I always hear that well its best to workout in the morning but that can’t happen as I work early………so now what can i do???
